The Cube (hybrid) 17.09.2016 Week3 Heavy Squat/Explosive Bench WARM UP: Skipping, stretching, trying to get warm, speed squats: 1x10@20kg, 2x5@50kg, 1x5@60kg, working shoulders with bands. HEAVY SQUAT: 5x2@93.5kg (felt really good) FRONT SQUAT: 2x3@70kg PAUSE @ PARALLEL: 2x6@88kg (killlllleeeerrrrrrr) EXPLOSIVE BENCH: 8x3@46kg CLOSE GRIP: 2x5@51kg BENCH WITH PAUSE 1" OFF CHEST: 3x8@43.5kg (surprisingly a bit easier, used the wide grip and felt in control) SUPER SET: LEG EXTENSION/LEG CURL 4x14@35kg/4x10@25kg Done.
