I have recently decided to lose weight after a life of being a bigger guy. I came to this realization when I noticed that I wasn't as comfortable in my truck that I have had since I was sixteen, I am twenty six now. Evilcow Posted February 19, 2015 Author Report Share Posted February 19, 2015 As of right now my plan is to start going to the gym at least three times a week, and I plan to up it to five times once I get use to the schedule. I am also planning on going hiking a lot more since I am in an area that I can go all year round and in several different environments.
