Dormichilon
Hi Guys, I am Michi, a 19 year old male, overweight nerd.I was born in Italy(In the wonderful city Turin)and right now i am living in Munich(Germany) .In my childhood i fell in love with videogames and my mothers selfmade Pizza (Margherita is my favourite topping ).Unfortunately this is a very bad combination for your weight. In school i wasn´t overweight, because i made a lot of sport(Especially cycling)but sinced i moved to Germany, well, i gained 7 kg(15 lb).The reasons are pretty simple: I still ate pizza and other fast food but instead of doing sport I played WoW. On some days i just go to university, eat, play games and sleep. This went on for a while. But after my 19 birthday I realised something needs to change. At my party I ate an enormous amount and the next day i felt horrible. And this made me think. I looked at myself in the mirror and thought: Is this what you want to be?A fat guy sitting in his room all day?-No. I started to read Diet-magazins and watched bodybuilding videos. That was all.I still played Wow all day long and ate unhealthy. But then i saw this website.I read some articles and realised:For resutls, I need to do something And now I am here.I I want to play a new RPG-With awesome grapics and great other players-My life.So my main Quest is is to reach a 22 BMI.For this need to lose 11 kg (24lb)My goals:1)Lose 1 kg every week2)Make Steves Bodyweight-Workout 5 times a week and go out at least for one hour a day(cycling,walking,swimming..)3)Eat less and more healthy(I will track my calories)4)Play less videogames(Especialy WoW.Right now I play nearly 20 hours a week.I want to try to play two hours less every week) And i want to join the next 6 week-challenge(Sounds really funny) Thanks for reading and have a nice day 1 Quote Created my character and ready to kill some boars LVL 2 HERE I COME LVL 1 stats:(Week 1)Weight: 80kg Skills: Speak 4 languages Gold:0 Link to comment
MrBaldyKins
Hey Michi, Congratulations on making the decision to change some things in your life that you aren't happy about! You've got some pretty great goals! Just remember to be gentle with yourself and measure your progress in ways that you feel you can consistently keep up with. Your goals look pretty good to me though! Tracking your calories is a great idea. You've probably heard of it, but if not, the website and smartphone app "myfitnesspal" is a tremendous resource for managing your calories. Best of luck to you!
