respawn assiatnce required

wrote an excellent post and deleted it ..................geez! clearly not a true nerd, just a bit of a misfit

12 months in, down 17kg, hit expected plateau, that was ok, got sick for a month or so, over did diet modification and have lost my way.

weights and cardio have got me this far.

need advice on the following

  • Reset diet
  • training routine reset(son want to do tuff mudder in September) perhaps a good body weight routine.
  • mental reboot

 

the last letter was better, I explained my situation in more detail, just need to get it out of my head and on paper.

Diet wise, I have reduced dairy, wheat and sugar mostly, evening meal and evening snacks are an issue due to late getting home and probably not eating well through the day.

 

I know that there are archived articles, but I want to refer to the Nerd collective for a different perspective.
