pillarless1 Posted April 5, 2015 Report Share Posted April 5, 2015 Andrew Australian 44wrote an excellent post and deleted it ..................geez! clearly not a true nerd, just a bit of a misfit12 months in, down 17kg, hit expected plateau, that was ok, got sick for a month or so, over did diet modification and have lost my way.weights and cardio have got me this far.need advice on the followingReset diettraining routine reset(son want to do tuff mudder in September) perhaps a good body weight routine.mental reboot the last letter was better, I explained my situation in more detail, just need to get it out of my head and on paper.Diet wise, I have reduced dairy, wheat and sugar mostly, evening meal and evening snacks are an issue due to late getting home and probably not eating well through the day.
