Guest Snake McClain
So i'm just excited that 3 weeks ago I was doing deadlifts. the first set was 65lbs and felt way to easy so i jumped up to 95lbs and it put a weird pressure on my back (in between the shoulderblades from an old injury) and i was told to lower the weight. so i did. and last night i went in to do dead lifts again (the weight has been increasing steadily since three weeks ago) and...105 lbs!!!!!!! AHHHHH! And no pain at all. I am so happy right now. Quote Link to comment
