And I figure it's time to go legit and stop lurking and start contributing!I'm 25,M from USA, currently 5ft 8 in and 185 lbs. Immediate goals are healthy weight reduction to 160ish and general fitness. I'm already down 20 pounds since January, mostly from watching calories and macros. I just posted my first recruit challenge today. It's a simple one, but I figured I'd start small to test the waters with challenges. I'll have to remember to check in!
