komin Posted November 20, 2011 Report Share Posted November 20, 2011 Hey there I have been reading Nerd Fitness for a while and I finally decided to join the Rebellion for real. I have already tried the Paleo diet and Steve's basic training, but I think it's not for me. Bodyweight workout is ok(I really felt the difference after few weeks), but I like to feel cold, metal dumbbell in my hand. I'm doing it the Leangains way. My goal is to loose some fat, maybe 5 or 7 kg. But it's not over. I'm 20 years old student from Poland and I think I'm not improving my english significantly since I'm 18... So, I hope that being active on this forum will help. Please correct me if I made any mistake I will create my workout log soon. Hello! Quote Link to comment
