Hey everyone,

My name's Katie, but my friends call me Special K (or 'Spesh' for short). I came across this site via lifehacker a few weeks ago.

I've been on a bit of a fitness kick for a while, mostly trying to shift some weight. I've had a fairly active job for over a year now and I've been losing weight while eating what I want, but I want to get rid of the fat faster and eat healthier anyway. I started eating Paleo a couple of weeks ago with a few hiccups (I think I'm gonna need some advice in this area). Feeling pretty awesome so far and trying to convince my sister to try it out. I missed the start of the latest 6 week challenge, but I'm going to get in on the next one.

Anyway, I thought I'd better introduce myself before asking a bunch of questions and freaking people out (joking, I promise I won't freak people out... too much).
