GreenMatt Posted April 19, 2015 Report Share Posted April 19, 2015 So - we did the Crossfit Total WOD at my Crossfit affiliate the other day.....which is 1RM back squat, shoulder press, and deadlift. To my surprise and delight, I PBed on all three of the lifts for a 330 kg total! This working out thing seems to be having an effect.... 1 Quote Link to comment
