Manarelle Posted April 21, 2015 Report Share Posted April 21, 2015 I won't say there's not profanity accompanying the last couple seconds of each, but I hit my first 60-second plank last week, and this week, I got two back-to-back. Not bad, considering I started at one 15 second plank a couple months ago!
