Guest supportivejoyful
My boss has finally realized the need to upgrade our office system and make that transition from traditional to digital. I'm a little worried that these changes will affect my team's performance. How long do you think before they can adapt to our new system? How can i make this transition easier for them? Holly26
I have experienced this kind of transition in my old office and it sparked a lot of misunderstandings between my co-workers. Everybody seems to be against the automation of their respective tasks and office procedures because they feel like it will trigger the management to reduce employees. Eventually we have adapted to our new system and good thing the management realized the value of each of their employees and they did not cut down anyone from the roster. Our system improved and we ended up having a faster and efficient output. Quote Link to comment
Guest supportivejoyful
Oh, that seems really rough. My boss will be providing a couple of days of training using this software so I think it'll be a huge help. Quote Link to comment
maegs
If you're using a shared drive, a defined file plan + naming conventions are key to actually being able to find things again. For databases, naming conventions + controlled vocabularies + authority control. Truth: Quote Current Challenge Goodreads|Instagram|Ravelry Link to comment
