Hello,

New here and just starting out. I have tried many diets and failed them all. I am starting to change my life style now.. I am 6 ft 300 lbs ( good viking stock) but I want to be a much leaner, meaner fighting machine. I am looking in to join a gym this week. My goal is to lose at 100 lbs. lean up and get healthy.

Hey Big Dave. Looking forward to calling you just Dave in the near future. Change Agent has a good point on the body weight exercise. You will always have a gym with you when you create a program using your body weight. Keep us posted on your progress.
