Kan241 Posted May 6, 2015 Report Share Posted May 6, 2015 So, the semester just ended, and I'm not quite sure what to do with myself. This last (school) year, I gained the freshman 15 + 5. Although I've never been even remotely athletic, I think I need to start making changes so that I'm not 300+ lbs. by the time I'm thirty. I've known about this site for a few years, but never really explored until today...hopefully, I'll be able to lay out a plan for the summer (and beyond) before the night's out Quote Link to comment

Once you have those figured out, you can work out your battle plan!
