Hi my name is Lrrr,

I found NF a few days ago, like the idea and decided to join.

I've gained weight in the past couple of years. Sedentary job, too much eating not much moving. My favorite paints are too tight. I want to change that.

 

Stats:

Age: 35

Height: 5'9''

Weight: 185

 

My goal is to get to 150, slowly. Plan to join six week challenge.

 

That's it for now,

have to get back to ruling Omicron Persei 8

Overall goal: 35 pounds

 

mini 1: Get on on with the program

 

1. Eating. Reduce portion size, increase amount of veggies and berries

2. Cardio. Walk/Run/Bike do the combination of for at least 40 min a day

3. Strength. Start easy body weight exercises

 

Measurements

(1) Use much smaller bowl, crazy amount of food does not fit in there

 

(2) FitBit will keep me honest

 

(3) Is very tough. Years ago I had a shoulder injury, surgery made it better, but it is still weak and tends to flare up if aggravated.

 

Side goal: Learn how to ice-skate:

Kids are crazy about ice skating and have a class once a week. Since I'm there anyway, I've signed up for an adult class. No more internet time, oh well...
