I figure it's about time I throw myself out there and try to find some encouragement and support and maybe even possible local get togethers. I live in Derby UK and I've struggled with my weight on and off for about 15 years. I'm not doing the full paleo and strength training thing but I am doing Slimming World (if you know it) and going to exercise classes at my local gym 4 times a week. I'm working up to the rest. It took a bit of reading to figure it all out. I'm still not sure I get all of it... but it's a fun little game to play around on here. Post some goals, and we'll cheer you on.
