My main goal here is to work on my health - both physical and mental health. The feeling of doing a good workout really helps keeping me going. I find it a great chance to work off frustration and tension, as well as get back in touch with the here and now of the physical sensation of my own body doing work. Oh, and liking what I see in the mirror is always helpful to a happier mood! 3 Quote Link to comment
