Into the 160s!

That's right folks! After waffling around the mid 170's for the better part of 2011, I finally buckled down just before my first 6 week challenge.

This morning I weighed in at 168lbs, and have now officially lost 20 pounds (and 2 pant sizes) since I started working out in October 2010. :)

Wow! Congrats! I know what 20 pounds looks like on a 250 lb guy, for someone smaller like you it would be even huger. Nice job!

Yeah, it really shows in my license picture vs now. But to give a decent comparison, here's one from feb 2010 (bridal shot)
