Welcome mochajunior. Good luck with your goals, I remeber that feeling when I realised "whoa, too much!". Work out a diet and exercise plan, something you can stick with. And keep in mind it ALL adds up, an extra walk, a smaller portion, one less sugar in your tea/coffee. All those small choices you can make day to day will add up to make a big difference overtime.
