Hey everyone

 

I have been on the NerdFitness mailing list for a couple of years now, and have always thought the blogs were great. I was doing okay... Eating pretty healthily and exercising, and then I injured my knee whilst running about two months ago. That was the start of the downward spiral. I was miserable that I was injured, and miserable that I couldn't exercise. And then I was miserable that I was miserable which lead me to start eating crap and drinking too much.... and then I was miserable that I was eating crap and drinking too much. Anyway, so now I have put on weight and lost the little bit of fitness I had  :grey:

 

So today I decided to start again; and this time to join the NF community  :positive:

I have my eating plan drawn up and am going to spend this afternoon pre-preparing meals for the week  :onthego:

I'm also planning on getting back into the habit of going to gym - I was back there this morning already  :pride:
