I'll be going to college next year and I'm interested to see how that affects my workout plans. I am 6'4'' tall and weigh 228 lbs. I want to be able to pass the USMC physical fitness test. HEMIMS12 Posted December 19, 2011 Author Report Share Posted December 19, 2011 I would want to score as high as possible and a perfect score is 20 pull ups, 100 crunches in 2:00, and a sub 18:00 3 mile run. I'm not planning on joining the Marines as a first plan, but if I don't get into the FBI academy after college then it may be a very good option. Quote Link to comment

Maybe if the FBI and Marines don't work out you could look into the US Marshal service too. A friend of mine from HS went there...not to degrade the US marshals in any way, but the running credentials were something like 1.5 in 12 min. I think I could work with that a little bit more.
