OHP always always ALWAYS moves more slowly than you'd like :/

I feel sorry for your delts though! OHP followed by front squats? They must hate you.

Why must I put a name on the foods I choose to eat and how I choose to eat them? Rather than tell people that I eat according to someone else's arbitrary rules, I'd rather just tell them, I eat healthy. And no, my diet does not have a name.My daily battle log!

Been swimming 3x a week for the past 2 weeks now. Tues Thurs Sat mornings.

Started off aiming to get 500m out in 50s. Worked it up to 500m in 100s.

Next week i'll add another 100m on to the swim, and will try to do so for the next 5 weeks, get it up to 1k each session.

Otherwise, i've been doing baby weighted pullovers, so 14kgs of unbalanced weight. random sets throughout the day.

Swimming sessions have been extended out to 1000m per session in 200m sets. Chins are at 2x4 then 3x3 in one session. Slowly slowly. If I can do a set of 10 by challenge end I'll be chuffed. Morning miles and daily planks all happening.

not dead. just busy.

Swimming: 1km x3 per week. each session usually completed under 20m these days.

Going to look at a squat rack and bench a friend of a friend has for sale. Also have been given the $80 for one months membership at the powerlifting gym as a Xmas present.

Tax only applies to those in the northern states... that's crazy country up there.

Big workout yesterday.

Borrowed a Ute. Moved an upright piano from a home to rhetoric stage at church.

translation: 4x100kg dl. 4x60 cleans/upright rows.

Moved a closet out of our house to a mate's house.

Picked up a rack and bench and 140kg worth of weight and installers it all in my garage. Just gotta see now how much load this skinny bar can take.

8*30kg

6*40kg

5*50kg

5*60kg

2*70kg

3*5*50kg

Happy to have gotten that double. 2 months with no serious training had rendered my lower back weak enough for there to be pain on that heavy weight... ask tdk
