I'm overweight at 191 cm and around 110 kg, but I have realized that I need to do something about it. On my free time I enjoy practicing karate but at the moment that is all I do except school. Been stalking the forums in the summer vacation and everyone seem really nice and supportive so I'm really optimistic! Noname123 Posted July 28, 2015 Report Share Posted July 28, 2015 Yep, what Sinnah said- read through the blogs too, some really great information on form and great knowledge to take in that dispels a lot of 'magazine' nutrition advice. Set up a couple goals (do a 5 sets of 10 of incline push ups by the end of the challenge without stopping, jog a mile without stopping, hold a plank for a full minute...so much you can do!), just think about your goals, where you want to be and what your body needs to do to get you there!
