Stonefist
Some times it's digging too deep, other times it's a tantrum spiral due to lack of booze. This time, for this particular dwarf, it was trying too much too soon. The combination of a new, more physically taxing job, with a rather optimistic exercise scheme, had me absolutely exhausted with a nasty muscle tweak in my back after a few weeks.Being out of the game for a few weeks, turned to 3 months. But as any dwarf knows, the upside to losing is that you get to start over, and hopefully do better, or at least fail more spectacularly. So, here I am, just in time for a new challenge. My lifts are almost back to where they were, and I have devised a new routine, which seems to fit my life better.Anyway, off to update my battle log and challenge.
