My Diabetic Manhattan Project is a Success

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I woke up Sunday of last week with the idea of starting a Manhattan Project for eliminating my diabetes. I'm happy to report that the project has been a huge success and I just dropped about a gigaton of cure on my diabetes through diet and exercise.

After one week of eating chicken breast, peanut butter, whole wheat bread and tortillas, and an insane amount of exercise I've significantly improved my circulation, I haven't had cotton mouth in over a week, and all that exercise is making me feel fantastic! I can't wait to report how the next 23 days go a couple weeks from now.

Don't forget to do science to it. Feeling great is great, just make sure your blood numbers aren't quietly hurting you.

Keep at it.  Scorched earth that stuff until nothing remains but your own pure, refined awesomeness!

I leave this as a declaration of intent, so no one will be confused.

One: "Si vis pacem, para bellum."  If you want peace, prepare for war.

Two: The old me is dead...he died with his old habits.  The new me will be stronger, faster, sharper, better.

Awesome! Keep up the good work. It can be done. I went from having an A1C that stayed near 11 for many years to around 6-7 for the past 3 years just on diet alone.

Good luck!
