245 Squats!

Hit 245 on my squats this week on 5x5. If I can keep this pace up I’ll be at my goal of 305 at the beginning of September!

 

I’m still able to take 90 seconds or less between sets and by the time I get to deadlifts or barbell rows I no longer have jelly legs so I’m feeling real good about my ability to hit 305.
