This may not be the point of this area of the forum, but...

I gotta freaking respawn! I found NF, thought it was awesome, signed up to the forum, got the free stuff, saved the free stuff (workouts, ebooks that were free, etc.), tried the beginner bodyweight workout a couple of times...then quit.

I get discouraged because I work in a restaurant. As a matter of fact, I manage a restaurant. This means, typically, that I don't get to eat for a really long time then I eat crappy.

I'm pretty well convinced that I need to eat healthy and workout...just don't really know where to start with the eating thing at work. Guess I could always eat salads?

I work 17 hours at the town hospital, and I feel your pain. Never did any of these workouts for more than a week or two, and I sustained myself for too long on lounge room chips and soda! If I ever got time to eat a meal, it's gonna be the d grade foodstuff they serve down in the caf. Not exactly a recipe for success.

 

I would take some time before your work week to pre cook some meals you can bring with you. Bake a slew of chicken breasts to go along with your salads, etc. Set up a crockpot in your office, if you have one.

 

The hardest part of eating healthy is the time it takes to get all that healthy food ready, so fight that fight before hand.

Give up the soda ,you'll see such a difference.it's a little step but it worked for me, I was shocked! The sodium is phenomenal! Water! Hydration is a great thing! I work in a casino, I drank alot of diet coke, I gave it up for my last challenge ,I feel so much better 😊 Baby steps! Make for a better long term lifestyle change!
