Hi everyone - another Aussie

I'm keen to get myself nice and fit and lean. So far I've found all the info here really informative. I've got about 26 kilos (57 pounds) to lose. I have struggled with my weight all my life. The most success I have had as an adult was with atkins so the Paelo way of eating doesn't feel too foreign to me.

I'm off to Thailand for a mates wedding in about a week so I plan to try and eat as clean as possible while overseas but then really get stuck into it when I get back home.

Looking forward to learning from you all and chatting to you in the forums.

Thanks for the welcome guys, yep beer is always a problem...mmmmm, beeeeerrrr.

Sitting on a beach with my skinny friends should help me on that front though.

HAHAHA, I'm sure a beer or two every so often wont keep you from your goals. Just work out that much harder for every one you have and you'll be fine.
