mazza85 Posted January 2, 2012 Report Share Posted January 2, 2012 Hi all and happy new year !I'm a 26 years old guy from Italy (so pardon me for metric measurements : ) and, after finding this awesome site, with the beginning of the 2012 I've decided to begin a new me.I'm 1.84m high and weight 89 kg. Last summer I've bought a mountain bike and started to ride to shed of some weight.In addition to this I plan to join a gym and trying paleo diet. Tomorrow I'll take a bike ride to relax and recharge for the next week.If I have some spare time I'll take some body measurement to post. Quote Link to comment
