kelsveevee
Hi everyone, my name is Kelsey, turning 21 in a few weeks (YAY!), college student, and wanting to completely start back up with my fitness regime. I don't remember how I found NerdFitness, but I have been reading all the blog posts the past few weeks and getting totally inspired. From as early as I can remember to about age 16, I was involved in every single athletic sport I could join. Dance: ballet, jazz, tap, all the way to soccer, softball, tennis, water polo, and swimming. Then one day I just stopped. I don't know why and I don't really remember, but I completely let myself go. So here I am, and starting tomorrow I am hitting my gym at 7 am before school to get back into the swing of things. I miss being athletic, and going on long runs and swimming, and feeling good! I have been skiing and hiking over the years, but I just miss having that great feeling walking out of the gym every morning like I accomplished something great. Looking forward to the journey! kelsveevee
Welcome to the Rebellion! Do you have anyone you are working out with? That helps me stay motivated. Thanks! No I don't--I actually prefer to work out alone. I've found that in the past everyone I have worked out with quits on me the first week or makes up excuses whenever we try to go to the gym. But I'm finding other ways to stay motivated! Quote Link to comment
