Hello there :redface-new:

My name is Ramona and I'm a 21 years old student from germany (you will have to excuse me for my bad english). I'm new here but not new to fitness. Actually I'm a weightlifter but I have a spinal disease so I can't do weightlifting at the moment. Instead, I do "normal" strength training at a gym (squats, deadlifts and all the other classics).

I'm here because I have some quests I want to focus on and I'm trying to reach them with the help of the 6-week challenges (which are very motivating).

Fitness goal

To restart weightlifting and to win a competition

To do a pull up

To do a handstand

To do a split

To increase strength (the never-ending goal)

To climb a mountain

Life goals

To recover from my spinal disease

To fight my depressive phases

To finish my studies (and the probation year)

To become a personal trainer

To go skydiving

To travel the world

Thanks for reading :rapture:

Hello and welcome!

Don't worry about whether you have bad English, I'd hazard a guess it'll be better than plenty of native English speakers (plus there are loads of other German Nerds around).

That sucks about the spinal disease. Which one is it?

Always good to have another lady in the warriors, though. :)

Hope to see you around soon!
