Guest guest4729
Perhaps watch YouTube videos to see if you're doing them properly? Or you could take a video of yourself doing them and post it on here.Or you could just be doing it on a surface that's too hard which could cause you pain? Are you doing them on a hard floor or a yoga mat that offers a bit of padding? Quote Link to comment
Elastigirl
Watched youtube-not sure what I'm doingwrong. I could post a video of myself. I have a yoga mat, but lamely I can't remember if I used it or not. I'll try on that. Maybe it it's the leg lifts doing it - maybe you just generally have a sore back and need to do some stretches. Quote Link to comment
Lachy
I've been told that you're meant to keep your back flat on the mat durring these. Are you arching your back at all? Maybe that is the cause? Quote Battle Log - Facebook Link to comment
ETFnerd
you can also try lying on a bed with your legs stretched out over the edge. that way your lower back and butt are on a soft surface and you have to keep tension to keep parallel to the ground. i have a very firm mattress so that helps b/c it doesn't sag...
