Allow me to introduce myself...

Recommended Posts

Hey everyone!

My name is Jon and I am a student in the UK. I've been reading the NF site for a while now, though have (somehow!) only just caught wind of this here community. Mentally, I've always courted and relished the idea of making my life (and being) the best it can possibly be. Unfortunately, I've often lacked the willpower to realise my plans. With the advent of the New Year, I've decided to finally do something about this and have ended up here. I'm looking forward to sculpting this new life, and hope to make many friends along the way!

Much love,

Jon

Welcome Jon! There's a ton of great people here and great info on all kinds of different ways to get in shape. This community is 90% of why I come to this site, Steve is only 10%.
