Hi, nice to meet you :)

Hi

I'm Benedikt, or linopolus, a 16-year young boy from Germany. With 62kg at 1,83m, I'm a bit underweight, having like no muscles and only a little bit of fat. My plan is to eat healthier, maybe paleo (http://nerdfitness.com/community/showthread.php?7474), and begin with the angry birds workout plan as a circuit. I've done 4 weeks of SimpleFit Lvl. 1 a few months before, but had a cold, paused it and didn't resume afterwards because of no real motivation. Now my motivation is mostly getting stronger than a friend of mine, who is really strong.

Currently I can do

  • 3-4 pull-ups
  • 12 good-form push-ups
  • ~15 squads down to parallel
