Atalan Posted January 16, 2012 Report Share Posted January 16, 2012 I binged over to a month reading Nerd Fitness and trying Paleo and some working out. I just finished my workout for the night and realized that tonight I did a total of 50 push-ups in five sets, 108 sit-ups in 5 sets, and 110 bodyweight squats in 5 sets.Earlier today I had my Dagorhir fighting, and in the last week my athletic ability on field has increased so dramatically people who've never said a thing to me before about my abilities have been praising how well I've been doing with my spear.And, my body has begun to completely change composition.
