m00se
Just did 5x5 back squats last night @ 90kg at 88kg bodyweight. Rawr! Considering six months ago I failed at 20 bodyweight squats and couldn't do 10 with 20kg, I've got my smug hat on today Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk Quote Link to comment

m00se
We are. You know, weirdly, I found 90x5x5 to be easier than 86x5x5 (but that was coming off a two week break so I suppose it's to be expected). My workout log coming soon (backdated to when I started as a pathetic weakling who didn't eat that much bacon). Gainsdalf the Whey
Very nice! I almost hit it as well (250 lb at 252 lb), but my form has gone to crap and I'm deloading 25 lbs down to 225 lb. Gonna hit it in 3 weeks though.
