My Name is Ross. I'm currently an IT Manager for a private lab. I am going through a divorce right now, and I decided to make some big changes in my life. One of them has been getting into really good shape. I was bigger as a kid and teenager, then my thyroid decided to stop working properly and I lost a large amount of weight. I went from 210lbs to about 130lbs in 6 months.

I started working out back in October. I was 168lbs at the time and in pretty bad physical shape. I've lost 13lbs so far in the last couple of months and really started gaining muscle and tone. My goal is overall physical fitness and to look/feel great.

I am also sticking to a paleo diet as much as possible. Which is generally the weekdays when I cook for myself.

I'm attaching a picture for reference on what I'm working with at this point.
