My goals:Lose around 13 kg (28 lb) dropping from 154 lbs to 125 lbsIncrease my squat to 1x bodyweightLearn how to do a full pull upForm a low carb, low sugar lifestyle forming my diet around protein, veggies, nuts, little starch I have been a long time lurker, now I look forward to joining with you. For food, the paleo approach is good, but it can be tweaked. In other words, find what works for you and what you are going to stick with. Good luck! Keep us posted!
