Hello,

My name is treeoflife, I have been training in gym with weights for six months, I managed to form the habit of exercising but I need help with nutrition.

I am looking forward to fix my nutrition with paleo approach.

 

My goals:

  • Lose around 13 kg (28 lb) dropping from 154 lbs to 125 lbs
  • Increase my squat to 1x bodyweight
  • Learn how to do a full pull up
  • Form a low carb, low sugar lifestyle forming my diet around protein, veggies, nuts, little starch

 

I have been a long time lurker, now I look forward to joining with you. Nice to meet you all!  :redface-new:

Welcome to the rebellion!

 

Steve has a good article about pull ups here. For food, the paleo approach is good, but it can be tweaked. In other words, find what works for you and what you are going to stick with.
