RogueLibrarian Posted January 7, 2016 Report Share Posted January 7, 2016 I've been reading NF for a year or so and came back from winter break feeling motivated to try my first challenge! I'm 46, average height and not overweight but feeling out of shape. My goals are centered around re-establishing regular workout habits and improving my diet. I used to exercise regularly but I've slipped. I have been wrestling with some anxiety and depression problems over the last couple of years, and I have learned that regular exercise and meditation are my most effective cure. Working out regularly again will get me not only looking and feeling better physically, but mentally. I'm interested in working on some bodyweight training this year, and I'd love to lose ten pounds around the middle and get my stamina and flexibility up. I'm a librarian, I'm writing my third book, a vegetarian for over 20 years, I love my Xbox, and of course I read like crazy. Let's do this mofo. Quote "We can be heroes" Link to comment
