I joined this time last year but didn't get the far before I picked up a knee injury and fell off the fitness bandwagon. Since September I have been getting back into the routine, and finally started abusing the big five barbell exercises today [emoji1] feels so good. I am around 110kg or 242lbs which is a distance from where I'd like to be with the body I have.
