Returning after a a year and half of absent time

Uhm hello again,

 

I have been a sort of active rebel and even been part of the Assassins if i am correct. 

 

But anyway i am planning on losing some weight aswell as gaining some muscles, so i am doing the body weight trainings.

and i have a step counter on my phone so i walk more everyday and i want to walk at least 5k steps every day. I know that is less than the minimum required for a healthy person like me but you gotta start somewhere.

 

and i am not going to be making this anymore than this because i have to look into it all a bit more before i can really start my challenge again. Just wanted to let you all know i am back.
