Ready Player One

Recommended Posts

Sure a few of you guys would have read this but just thought that I would recommend, definitely a favourite book of mine! -

Ready Player One -

"In the year 2044, reality is an ugly place. The only time teenage Wade Watts really feels alive is when he's jacked into the virtual utopia known as the OASIS. Wade's devoted his life to studying the puzzles hidden within this world's digital confines—puzzles that are based on their creator's obsession with the pop culture of decades past and that promise massive power and fortune to whoever can unlock them.
But when Wade stumbles upon the first clue, he finds himself beset by players willing to kill to take this ultimate prize. The race is on, and if Wade's going to survive, he'll have to win—and confront the real world he's always been so desperate to escape."

Ready Player One was a very good book!  I thoroughly enjoyed it!    I will have start Armada soon.

Just finished Armada last night.   A good read, but I feel that READY PLAYER ONE was better. , just my opinion.   I did enjoy the little twist at the end though. :victorious:

I've got to re-read it. I enjoyed it a lot the first time around. Can't wait for the movie!

There's going to be a movie? I am tempted to buy the audio version now. Gave the original book away after reading it and loving it so much. I am not really good at audio books, but maybe it'd inspire me to go for long runs...
