sweetnightmare
I love love love drinking Coca Cola. I don't know if that will ever change. BUT what has changed in the last three weeks, my husband and I used to drink one two liter soda nearly every day. We both have dramatically reduced the amount that we drink. I have had only one 90 calorie can this week. I think that is pretty huge I don't know if I will totally kick it, but at least I am not a slave to it any more. Quote Link to comment
Lachy
Nice work, thats huge! I remember when I drank coke. Never thought I'd kick it in my early 20s. Then without really trying, I just stopped drinking it so often, and now I might have it once or twice a month! I don't miss it, but it's nice now and again, I think you'll get to that stage over time without really noticing it. Quote Battle Log - Facebook Link to comment
Deansy
Good work, I took a long time to stop drinking Mountain Dew, then even longer to stop with Pepsi MAX. It's not easy giving up soda, but it sure does help.I'm to the point now that if I drink a soda, my teeth feel funny and I get sugar headaches Quote This is my weekly Blog, From Fat to Bat; one man's journey to be Batman...
