Its not my house so I can't install my own bar, and my god I don't want to have to explain it if I pull down a doorway!! And I randomly found some of these in my clearout today:http://www.amway.com/Shop/Product/Product.aspx/NUTRILITE-Logo-Resistance-Bands?itemno=749373... anybody use them? I had dismissed them as a not very useful part of a kit I bought for the weights. Now I'm looking at a new angle, and they sort of give a half decent bit of resistance if I stand on it and do bicep curls. Thoughts on both of the above appreciated. Man, you can tell I'm feeling much better from my cold and can't wait to start proper workouts again!
