Unfortunately, after two weeks, I lost my motivation as I was too preoccupied with school activities, and thus didn't even bother to do my challenges. HOW DO YOU REALLY START OVER?! I always asked myself what I did wrong. Maybe because I have so much to do that my motivation depleted every single day. So I'm not gonna be following the challenge rules first but instead do only one quest or maybe only the quests specified in the academy. It's also stressful for me to track all the healthy things I do (e.g. how many calories I burned, how many minutes & miles I walked, what food I eat, how much water I drink, etc.). So I'm gonna use My Fitness Pal to track my food & water intake. As for the other tasks, I downloaded an app called Task Hammer on my phone and I plan to use this to track all the things I do. Also, I've seen some rebels using Google Forms to track their progress and maybe I'm gonna create mine, too. I failed my last challenge so I pulled myself back up from the dust and reevaluated.
