Weighted chins +25lbs CRUSH!

Recommended Posts

Holy crap. 5 months ago I couldn't do a single chin-up to save my life. But tonight, I tried for 1RM with progressive weighted chins, and successfully made it to 25lbs. Fr@cking victory!

To celebrate, I ate a pound of rusty nails and went and outside to knock down a light post with a single kick*. Suffice it to say, I'm stoked. Present me cannot even believe how wimpy past me was, and given that I'm not even very strong in terms of the human spectrum I'M FIRED UP FOR SOME MORE HARDCORE LONGTERM GOALS.

Also, finished tattoo. Touch-ups and everything. Finally. Please disregard the weird sternum rash - it's from the medical tape/bandage.

* celebratory events may or may not have been exaggerated for the purpose of this woot.
