Lightest in 4 years, time to keep pressing on

Recommended Posts

So on my lunch break went to weigh myself and was very excited to see a weight below 15st!

14st 10 to be exact!

So pleased with this especially as I feel ready to crack on and keep the numbers tumbling down.

still aiming at 1 lb a week (lost 6 last week... not sure what happened their!)

Don't feel tired, don't feel like snacking other than a few gerkins in an afternoon and some fruit or nuts when I get home.

I am finding my body slower to recover, still feeling the kettle bell workout from Tuesday but nothing too uncomfortable, just aware I worked out!

Another positive is the lighter the evenings get the more I can get out on the road bike, will need to start increasing my calories in when that happens!

Thanks for all your help and guidance guys, really appreciated!

So just weighed in today and I am now 14st 3 and officially less than 200lb!

Really feeling good and also feeling strong and healthy.  Working on my car last night, I was able to see the difference undoing bolts etc.

Not sure why this time is different but i feel ready to continue losing weight and get to where I should be.
