Benhem612
Congrats to all those that have started to see success on their goals! My first success of the year has come after a bit of a down week so it has helped me get re-energized. I ran much harder this January than in any of my previous 3 winters. I had a down period the last week and a half though and was feeling blue until last weeks timely get back to work blog from Nerd Fitness. My first 5K of the year was this weekend and the time I got was 2 seconds better than my fastest 5K last year and won my age group. At this point in my training I am now 4 months ahead of where I was at this time last year. Thanks for helping keep me motivated! I am now in the process of signing up for my first half-marathon as my next goal. Quote Link to comment
