Corbab
I've been hitting the weights regularly since November, and have gone 5 days a week since the new year, and I feel freaking amazing. My lift number are all up (squat, deadlift, bench press, good morning, you name it) and my weight hasn't budged (lucky for me as a rower, since my 200 lb is a lot to start with anyway).I ran a 6:10 mile, 40 seconds of which were walking (HIIT style), whereas I used to have to stop and walk on 1.5 mile jogs.I did 55 pushups in a minute (up from 34) and 57 bodyweight squats.Hit 225 continuous bodyweight squats. That's about it.
