Thanks all! Hopefully I can manage to catch Spezzy by the end of the challenge per my goals. I think a 405 1 rep max should do it, but I'm not sure I could get that right now.

Hmm, I now feel inspired to try a 1RM DL, because I don't want to be outdone by you.... I may be a touch competitive :D

Yeah, I'm at the same point on squats. Tweaked my back and not really looking to going heavy in my tests after the challenge.
