I was way over weight after my daughter was born, but I was able to drop 45lbs with my wife. This last summer I started lifting weights to get into shape. I'm looking better than ever but still have weight to lose. I currently lift 5 days a week using a 4 day rotating split. But have issues with my diet staying clean. I would like to lose another 10 to 15lbs to lose. In the past I have been doing jujutsu for about 8 years. Not sure what else to write. 1 Quote Link to comment

There are a lot of great articles on the NF site for cooking paleo and eating better. I myself am not %100 paleo, but I am trying to eat cleaner. If I don't know what's in my food, I don't eat. Just remember you're not alone in this, and while you may not be big into forums, if there were one forum to get into, this would be it.
